Laguna Photoboards
A Laguna PhotoBoard is a photographic signboard produced for Australian conditions on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
We use the digital photographs and text that you email to us to create an exciting marketing tool for your vendors' property. The UV inks and vinyls that we use, are the best quality (with an expected outdoor life span of up to 3 years), as is the equipment we use - no fading, discoloration or water marks. Just bright, crisp & clear pics which are laid on to Colorbond steel, framed with freshly painted white timber for stability & appearance and installed on your vendors property or sent to you complete for you to install yourself, all within 2 days.
HOW DO YOU ORDER A PHOTOBOARD? It's as easy as 1.2.3.
Log on to our website http://www.lagunasigns.com.au , click on to PhotoBoards, or use the template we have emailed you, fill in the required fields, such as text details, the size of sign required, the type of sign, indicate whether you wish to rent or purchase the PhotoBoard, attach your photographs - no more than 5mgs each and press send.
If you have a preferred layout for the PhotoBoard, now is a good time to send it.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
A proof of your sign will be sent to you within 24 hours, usually much less.
Check the details, email us back your Ok and we'll proceed. We are happy to make minor alterations at no charge to you, however, if want to redesign the layout a reproofing fee may be charged.
INSTALLATION or DESPATCH
If you have requested that we install the sign on your vendors' property, this will happen the following day. Your detailed installation instructions will be followed closely, although we do reserve the right to install the PhotoBoard where we consider the best position to be (telephone, water & electricity lines can be in the most unlikely places). For this very reason, we request that the PhotoBoard is not moved once installed. We will reposition it (and, yes I'm afraid it will cost if we have to make a special trip), otherwise we'll move it when next in the area at no cost.
RENTING or PURCHASING?
If you have indicated that you wish to rent the PhotoBoard from us, the Photoboard will remain your responsibility for a period of up to 6 months,
whilst you are the active agent for the property. A nominal monthly rental will be charged after this time. When the property sells, the vendor changes agencies or withdraws the property from the market, we will need to be informed within 24 hours, so that we may recover the Photoboard for recyclying. A fee of $100.00 will be applied for lost, damaged or stolen signs. Recycling is not only great for the environment, it also keeps the costs to a minimum for everyone.
The PhotoBoard may also be purchased outright.
TRACKING
We will send details on a monthly basis of where your signs are located to help you keep track of them.

It is the responsibility of the selling agency to check any relevant by laws and council policies when selecting the size of sign and installation position to ensure compliance. Laguna Signs takes no responsibility for failure to do this.
