REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
You will receive a proof of your artwork before your order is produced.
We ask that you check and sign off on artwork/proof before we proceed with your order.
We will re-print any item that we have printed incorrectly at no cost to you.
We will replace any item that is damaged in transit or faulty at no cost to you, provided that you inform us of the problem in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Laguna Signs does not collect personal information unless it is necessary or appropriate for us to carry out our activities as a printer. We only collect such information by lawful and fair means and in unobtrusive way. We use this information to provide you with our services and/ or products.

SECURITY AND ACCESS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information you have provided to us will be kept confidential and secure and not accessible for unauthorised use, amendment or disclosure. You are able to access the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
