Q. How long does delivery usually take:
A. It will take between 7 and 10 days from our receipt of your artwork approval for your order to be ready for despatch

Q. How will my parcel be packed
A. It will be packaged in cardboard cartons for large orders and bubble wrap for small parcels.

Q. How much will I be charged for delivery:
A. * Small parcel up to 1kg on mainland Australia = $9.00
* Parcels up to 25kgs with the maximum size of 900 x 1200mm will be charged at $9.00 + $1.00 per kg

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Your order will be delivered using Australia Post delivery service Or a local courier whichever is more efficient.

Refund and return policy:
You will receive a proof of your artwork before your order is produced
We ask that you check artwork before we proceed with your order.
We will re-print any item that we have printed incorrectly at no cost to you.
We will replace any item that is damaged in transit or faulty at no cost to you
Provided that you inform us of the problem in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

What form of payment do we accept?

* Cheque – please write your full name, address, telephone numbers and signature on the back of the cheque. That cheque must clear before we can dispatch order.

A. All transactions are completed in Australian Dollars.

Q. Where does Lagune Signs trade?

Laguna Signs only trades within Australian borders.

A. Laguna signs does not deliver outside of Australian borders.
